MarocL3ab collects as little data as possible: only what your account and your games need.
What we keep
Your nickname, your email (if you give one), your password in hashed form (never in plain text) and, if you sign in with Google, your ID there and your profile picture. Playing against bots needs no account: nothing is sent. Your first and last name stay private. Your picture is only visible to signed-in players. Table chat messages are only kept while the table exists (the last 50), never in the database.
What it is used for
Only to sign you in, show your nickname and picture to other players, and run online games. No ads, no data selling.
Voice
Voice goes live between the players at a table, through our own server. It is never recorded. Your mic stays off until you turn it on.
Sharing
Your data is never sold or shared. Google is only used to confirm your identity when you choose its button. Account emails (address confirmation, forgotten password) are sent through Mailjet, our email provider in Europe.
Where your data is
On our server rented from Contabo GmbH, a German company, behind Cloudflare, which protects it and encrypts the connection. Details in the legal notice.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, take away or delete your data, or object to its use: write to us and we’ll answer within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Delete your data
In My account, “Delete my account” erases your account and its data right away (photo, friends, sessions); in other players’ history, your games stay under the name “Deleted player”. In the same place, “Download my data” gives you a file with your account, friends and games. If you cannot access your account, email us from its address: deletion within 30 days. You can also remove MarocL3ab from connected apps in your Google settings.
